Terms of sale

These terms cover orders placed with Art & Keepsakes at artandkeepsakes.com. By paying, you agree to them along with our shipping, returns, and privacy pages.

Products

Art prints are unframed matte posters unless a product page says otherwise. Custom Prints and occasion bundles are your image on the blank, size, and color you select. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Frames are not included unless the product says so.

Made to order

We print after you order. Production usually takes several business days, then the carrier delivers. We do not promise overnight shipping. Free US shipping applies to art prints. Custom shipping can vary by blank and destination and is shown in checkout.

Custom uploads

You confirm you own the image or have permission to print it. You are responsible for resolution, crop, and placement. A soft or clipped print that matches the file and placement you approved is not a defect. We may refuse an upload that we cannot lawfully print.

Payment

Payment is taken by Stripe. A charge happens only after Stripe confirms payment. If secure checkout is unavailable, the product page says so and no Checkout Session is created.

Final sale

Because each item is made for that order, change of mind, wrong size, wrong color, and design regret are final sale. If we damage an item, misprint it, or print a different file than the one you uploaded, email artandkeepsakes@pm.me with photos and your order number within 14 days of delivery. Details are on the returns page.

Cancellations

Email us immediately with your order number if you need to cancel. If production has not started, we will try. Once the item is in production or shipped, we cannot cancel. There is no guarantee — it depends on the print queue.

Color

Screens and paper or fabric do not match perfectly. Small shifts between your monitor and the finished piece are normal.
